P4 H/S that might suit a P7

l'm currently looking to upgrade my 3D M*G to a P4 but i'm wondering whether the same heat sink would be suitable for a future upgrade to a P7?

If you're talking about the standard H22A heatsink, it won't fit without removing the centering guides. Fortunately, H22A also makes a heatsink specifically for the P7.

I mean the P7 won't fit on the pedestal. A P4/etc. will fit between a pair of little "fences" that center the emitter, but the P7 is much wider than the P4. Remove the centering guides, and the P7 will just barely fit on the pedestal.
