Just received my Peak Pacific today. At first I thought I had a problem with the 1xAAA tube, turns out the bottom screw under the tailcap wasn't tight. No problems now. I got the 1xAA tube, 2xAAA tube and the standard 1xAAA tube. Fit and finish are very nice, cosmetically near perfect. Twist on seems a little tough but should improve with time. Brightness is good for a light this size. Appears very nice and white to me anyway. Also, as advertised, the Peak staff were very helpful and quite frankly Top Notch!!! Thanks Peak for a great light and great service!!! I highly recommend this light although I have had it for only a few hours. Doug:)

I like the looks of the 2 AAA Pacific!
Still waiting for my stainless steel Pacific to hit production and either 1AA or 2AAA will be its normal configuration. It will be a bomb-proof replacement for my Inova X5...brighter, great runtime and no "wierd" batteries. (As long as 2AAA lithiums are not to weird) Nice pix!

Thanks Bent, I agree, the runtime on any configuration is stunning with lithiums. AA lithium runtimes are off the chart, so to speak!! Doug:)

I used this light quite a bit last night and I have to say it is one slick little setup. The twisty action is smooth as butter after using it a little bit. This has quickly stepped up to my favorite light!!! AWTYD, thanks for the recommendation, you are absolutely correct in your claim that Peak makes a nice light!! Doug:) I look forward to more peak purchases!!

I just received the Pacific with AA body in brass. The reason I chose brass because I didn't have any brass flashlight. This little guy is real heavy weight, so much so that I don't think it is suitable as the EDC but if you happen to carry one and get in trouble, just throw it at the bad guy and that should do it!

Pacific brass = :awman:

I have been carrying a Pacific AA in brass as my edc for a couple weeks now. Shares a pocket with a SAK Farmer with now problems with weight at all. Love this light and soon will have a nice leather sheath made for it for when I want to clear room in my pocket. Oh, by the way this was my first Peak light . . . I am still asking myself what the heck took me so long.
