Pelican M6 LED Please Help

I just recently puchased a pelican m6 on ebay. I'm trying to figure out if it is the real deal or a knock off. The thing that concerns me is where the groove on the body says "Pelican M6 LED" is a tag and is not enbossed into the metal. Is that typical?

Perhaps you could try the LED section instead of the Dealer's Corner. I'll see if I could dig it up for you though.

Just checked one of mine...it's the same, doesn't appear to be annodized/laser etched. It's a genuine Pelican.
