Pelican M6 question....\"answered via PM\"

Hello,

I was wondering how exactly the Pelican M6 stock tail switch works. Seems like many folks are switching them over to an after market clickie switch. Is it not a clickie switch in it's stock form?

Thanks for the clarification.

Re: Pelican M6 question....

I have a SL Scorpion if I want a tail cap click on, click off, press lightly for momentary on.

The Pelican M6 is a twist tail cap clockwise fully for constant on, twist counter clock wise a turn to turn off constant on and press the clickie on the back for momentary on, twist more couter clockwise to LOTC which will prevent accidental turn on.

I love my PM6. It was riding in its included holster today on my belt and gosh, didn't even know it was there. I have on a pair of cargo pants and a t-shirt that covered the light so it was out of sight.

I was going to get the clickie kit from flashlightlens BUT I like the stock clickie, after recovering from my college shopping list, and after I get my SF M6, I'll be getting a aftermarket lens for my PM6.

Jason
