Pentagon X3. P60 LED engine will drop in?

I have a friend that has a Pentagon X3. I've searched and it *looks like* a P60 LED will drop in, but I want a confirmation before I plunk down my money for his Christmas present. I'm looking at the one from PTS that is 260 lumens. Cree Q5.

Won't fit, the X3 head is quite a bit larger than a P60 sized drop in.

Would one fit in the X2? Or is it the same head for the whole series X1 X2 X3? The tailcap I think fits SF C series, how about the heads? CPF doesn't have much Pentagon light info from what I've seen.

The X2 has a smaller head than the X3, it's the same size as the X1.

The X2 head will accept P60 size light engines but they will rattle unless a small collar is made, they will function fine though.
