Of the lights you own, which offer an exceptional match of illumination capability to your illumination task?
For example, I'm struck by how appropriate the Aleph Mule GDuP with a McClicky is for walking my two dogs late at night.
I have two strong and strong-willed Vizsla that prefer to do their business on grass and dirt. The Aleph Mule GDuP on a neck lanyard and set on high illuminates the area where I need to step whether being pulled left or right. No hot spot to deflect my attention. No compromises at all when the light is used for walking the dogs.
It's also great for browsing in old poorly illuminated library stacks. However, other lights will do THAT task almost as well.
On the other hand, my McLux PD-S is a great light for me because it's small and useful for so many tasks. And because of that and the construction it's my primary edc. But I wouldn't say it's THE perfect light for any one task.
