ive used the crap out of it, working for the forest service, EMS, Municipal fire and rescue service, and camping. the headlamp has been my fav for over 5 years! however the elastic has called it quits and like an old pair of undies doesnt stay up lol, damm thing wont stay on my head, can i replace the elastic or do they even make a replacement band? can i get it off? any info would be great thank you. mark

I believe the part you need may be Petzl part# E04999 [Headlamps Elastic straps 25 mm]. I don't know for sure, because I am not familiar with the attachment of the straps to the DUO.

The other option is to get elastic from a sewing shop and fab up your own replacement.
