sorry i should have rephrased the question.

Warranty Repair/Technical Support has a UK Germany specific number, it hasn't been working recently so i wondered if they had another i could try.

Steve - the UK importer/distributor is Edgar Brothers but they dont normally deal with end users unless they are police/military
