Picking LEDs

I have full size MagLites, full size D models and mini-Maglites. I want to replace them with LEds. Thus far I found Streamlight "Luxeon LED Flashlights" as a replacement for mini-Maglites. But which LED is a good replacement for Maglites which use D batteries? I want to use standard AA and D batteries.
