Cool, never seen that before. Didn't know they had a CPF logo pen back then.

I don't know if your just interested in that specific pen light but if you want something very similar, here's one that's pretty cheap:

Never used this pen before so I don't know how well it works or illuminates. I wonder if Lighthound has this?

If you wanting some light for writing on a pad or something, Pelican makes a clip light that can illuminate what your writing on. Can't remember the model name though. It uses 2 coin cells. .
