Please help a newbie out!!

Guys, could someone please help me. I am looking for a replacement bulb that is at least a 5 watt led side emitter that had g4 pins on the back and is no larger that 1.25 inches in diameter with the heat sink. oh yes and it has to be 12 volt. Any help would be appreciated..
