Please help me choose! (Nightstand light part 2)

I made a post or two a while back looking for a new light. I got sidetracked by some unexpected expenses but am now on the hunt again. I'm stuck between the the Fenix TK22, Olight M22, and ArmyTek Predator, and hoping someone can point out something I haven't considered to push me in a direction. For the sake of the thread's intent, let's assume I only buy one :)

Here's what I'm thinking:

TK22
Pros - Solid and precise manufacturing from a company with a good and long history. Aesthetically my favorite. The four brightness settings are precisely what I want. I like the optional accessories, such as the lamp style diffuser tip.
Cons - Would rather have access to strobe from tailcap. Afraid of accidentally hitting side button.

M22
Pros - 950 lumens! The UI is hands down my favorite. I like that it comes with a diffuser cap.
Cons - Would really like a lower low. Only three brightness levels. I don't want the cigar ring, so I'd need to purchase a spacer ring.

ArmyTek
Pros - Very programmable
Cons - Very programmable

I want instant access to a brightness in the 150-250 lumen range (i.e. mode memory) via a forward clicky with momentary on. I want quick access to strobe and easy access to other modes. These three lights seem to fit the bill. I know the G25C2 also has the functionality I want, but I'm not considering any EagleTacs. I have a G25C2, and the threads seem too sensitive to cleanliness and amount of grease for me to trust it when things go bump in the night.

I'm leaning toward the TK22. Any thoughts?

The Predator is a BIG PITA to setup the way you want but once you do it's a nice light. The M20 I could see the PWM on the lower levels, don't know if the M22 is the same.

These are all tactical lights, great for the outdoors and duty use, but your nightstand light will spend 99% of its life on the lowest level, going from place to place/the bathroom in the dark without disturbing your night vision or others. A serious duty light is serious overkill for this application, all you need is a relatively floody light that has a moonlight mode, which would be a lot cheaper to buy and maintain as well..

That being said, at least the Armytek has an actual moonlight mode, but it defeats the purpose of such a light to only use it in that mode..

I won't only use it in the modes i listed, I'll also likely take it with me for outdoor nighttime ventures, so the throw and power will be nice to have. The nightstand use isn't for maneuvering to the bathroom, it will be for checking on bumps in the night.
