Howdy pltan, and welcome to CPF,
Congratulations on your purchase of the NovaTac 120P. I've had mine in my pocket all day everyday for well over a year now. I'm sure you will enjoy yours.
Here is a link to CPF member AW's sales thread for both the correct batteries AND an inexpensive multi-voltage charger:

You will probably want at least 2 of these:
Protected R123A ( 750 mAH ) ----- $ 6.00 each
As far as chargers go..... you might want to investigate a bit more over on the Electronics, batteries included forum:

However, AW sells this charger for his excellent batteries:

Total cost for that setup would be somewhere around $30-35, which would include 2 batteries and the charger.
Here is an even better alternative charger which is a bit more expensive, but certainly worth it if you will be using a lot of rechargeable lithium-ion cells:

I'm pretty sure that is also a multi-voltage unit, and would highly recommend it over the W-139 if you can afford it.
In any case, before you buy ANY lithium-ion batteries, please take a few moments and read a bit of the valuable information on the following site so that you can understand a few of the precautions about using these types of batteries:

Never leave your lithium-ion batteries charging unattended.
Ok, have fun and enjoy your new light!
