Hi, all, been lurking here for a while but first time posting. This forum has been extremely informative and I've learned more than I ever thought I needed to know about flashlights. My wife says I seem to have an obsession with flashlights, but after finding this site I realize I'm barely a beginner

Anyhoo, was thinking about dropping a few bucks on a Strion LED. I work a lot of night shifts and I want to get a good rechargeable light for everyday carry. I thought about the Stinger LED but the size is a little large for my intended use. I also like the looks of the Poly Stinger. My question is, does anyone know if Streamlight is planning to come out with a poly Strion? I'd be interested to know if this might be in the works before I pull the trigger on the Strion LED. I have a Surefire G2 Nitrolon and I like the durability and feel of it, just don't like to keep feeding it batteries. I'd also prefer a light with a click-on switch rather than a twisty.
If no such animal is coming, I'll still get the Strion LED. Since you guys always seem to be up on what's coming out next, I thought I'd ask. Thanks.
