long answer: maybe possible, but the hassles, sub-par "solutions" and difficulties are not worth.
I am used to mod around lights with very little space (f.e. led + 18650 into Inova T1), but in a Myo, ...
Get a ready made led light instead.

for all practical purposes trying to use dropins, and mod incans to LED is not cost or time effective compared to just buying a light designed from the start for a high power LED. If you want an LED headlamp buy one that suits you
