Power LEDs with narrow viewing angles <45 degrees

Has anyone used these LED on a flashlight? Are they anywhere near high powered CREEs in efficiency?

Would be awesome for a narrow beam led aspheric flashlight, 100% light captured by the optic!:rock::rock:
