\"Powerizer\" brand?

Anyone have any experience with "Powerizer". It is widely sold on the internet but I haven't been able to find any reviews.

Re: \"Powerizer\" brand?

My Uncle uses this brand of NI-MH. He says it is just like any other NI-MH that is made in China.

I personally haven't used these but I do use Dynacharge and Ray-o-Vac NI-MH.

This place seems to have tested every brand of NI-MH (including Powerizer)

Re: \"Powerizer\" brand?

I had some of these, still use 'em. AAA size.

The only problem I had is that my smart charger would *NOT* recognize them as fully charged and fried a couple of cells on the first few charges. Apparently some new nimhs don't have the voltage charactaristics smart chargers use to pick up fullness in the first few charges. The solution was to cycle them four or five times keeping an eye on the charger, and after that, they've been solid.

I've been using Powerizer batteries for a few months now and they seem to be pretty good. 2.25AH batteries for $1.25 each, which includes shipping... You can't beat that.
