I recently purchased the Preon II (aluminum body). It had been working fine for about 3 weeks. All of a sudden it stopped working. I spoke with Mary at 4 Sevens today and she told me to return it. I checked the head and tail for debris but it still does not light. Has anyone had a similar problem with their Preon II?

Did you make sure the batteries were inserted with the positive side(+) toward the head correctly ?
