Princeton Tec Parts

Does anybody know if replacement parts are available for Princeton Tec Lights? I know you can buy lenses and reflectors, but I need the black plastic bulb holder part for a tec 40. (you don't even want to ask about the everled that melted it.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif)

Any pointers to sources would be appreciated!

Did you run the EverLED for an extended period of time? How long? Help the rest of us avoid making the same mistake... :S

No...I had it safely in the PT 40 and it worked great. Then I tried it in a Garrity convertible that apparently was reverse polarity. Didn't work, so I put it back into the PT 40. It got amazingly hot pretty fast (obviously the everled failed as a short circuit). Melted the entire lower part of the bulb holder.

Don't try this at home....;)
