I bought my E01 a little over a year ago, and have been using it as my EDC ever since. If I go out after dark I also take my D10 with me so I have only used the E01 about a dozen times over the past year.
Last week I was returning home by plane and I needed to see someting in the dark of the cabin and my trusty(till then) E01 didn't work. I figured it was the battery, so at home I changed the battery, and still no joy. I have cleaned everything with alcohol, and I connected a battery to just the head(yes both +/-), and I can't get it to work. I don't want to open it further as I may still be able to send it back for repair/replacement?
Has anyone had something similiar happen to their E01?
Till now I really liked it, even bought one for my mother; can I ever trust it again?
