Anyone have a Probuilt Torchlight? A buddy of mine just got one and I haven't seen it yet. Just wondering how practical a light is in an emergency situation when you have to wait a minute for it to warm up.

Anyone know of a review and/or beamshots?

That's a generic ebay HID re-marketed through a fancier name. There's a lot of discussion about these, search "generic ebay HID." It's common for all but the most expensive HID's to have a short warm up time but you'll have to determine practicality based on your needs. The truth is, if you're using it as a general purpose, high output task light, a triple XM-L LED light will often suffice for most peoples needs.

Kinda what I thought. He sat it on a trashcan to warm up for a minute before using. He also said you could hear metal grinding when you tried to adjust the head. I have a triple SST-50 nailbender custom and he wants to get into **** ******** contest.

Thanks for the info.
