PT apex mod cover?

SO, when you did your SSC P4 mod on the Apex, for those who used a reflector, is there a cover for the emitter/reflector so debris wont get on it? I haven't had a chance to take mine apart yet and I'm waiting on parts as well.... It looks like the stock optic is the cover???

Are you thinking that the LED and reflector's surface are exposed to the elements when you make the mod? They are not. There's a window keeping everything sealed weather you use reflector or collimator or whatever else.
