Question about laptop charging circuit

Hey guys, I havent been here in a while, but I was wondering if the laptop battery circuit inside the battery itself is of any use? A friend gave me a bad battery from dell Inspiron E1505 and was wondering if there is any use for it. I was planning on using the good cells left in it for something else but was wondering if the circuit can be reused for something.

The electronics are rather useless as they normally work with the laptop and not standalone.

this is easy, gave you a bad battery if it does have a few usable cells in it, then the Curcuit probably isnt WORTH keeping
not that putting a good curcuit IN whatever your making wouldnt still be a good idea, just not usually that one.
