What models will these switches work with? Will they work with any existing model that a momentary switch can screw into, or do they have to currently be a QTC model?

The momentary switch for the QTC will be for that body only.
The older non QTC bodies require the original switch. The QTC
switch will be too short to work with the older bodies. The
original switch could be modified to work with the QTC bodies
by removing the spring and contact point and then either spacing
the switch out with a washer or by shortening the contact spring
holder. The spring clip from Overready may work as a spacer.

What happens if I use a QTC switch on a QTC body that has a Oveready clip in place?

My guess is you will need to screw the head down alot farther, and maybe still not get full output.

Wow, just noticed this is my 1K post!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Alterations to Peak's momentary switch aren't very complicated. MWClint has posted several great ideas.
If the switch doesn't reach all the way with the clip, maybe I'll go the same route as MWClint did. The foam spacers will be there already, so I would just have to find the right nail to cut down. Oh, and I'd have to find someone to give me a tiny bit of QTC as well.
So how is the QTC adhered to the switch/nail?
