Known mostly for his role on "Grey's Anatomy," Dane passed away from ALS in his home yesterday, at only 53 years-old. He was surrounded by family and loved ones. In one of his last interviews, he admitted he had no control over his body, and lost some control over his voice. But that his mind was still sharp.
