RC-T5 multi-mode circuit removal.

I am trying to remove the multi-mode circuit from my Romisen RC-T5 but I have run into a little problem...........I can't remember which wires to remove/cross.(I read somewhere on here how to do it but I can't remember)

Anyway I was wondering if some on here might know how to remove the multi-mode circuit so that the light always comes on in high.
