Recently I had the pleasure of purchasing an ARC AAA flashlight. I had the one with Limited Edition engraved on it. I loved the compactness of the flashlight and the output it provided, but I soon found that for some odd reason or another, it doesn't always turn on. I contacted Arc Flashlight and got in contact with Merri who acknowledged the problem and had asked me to ship it to them and they'll take care of it. Before you know it, I have a brand new Premium Edition Arc AAA! This is really quality service and the flashlight is really good quality too. All my friends love it as well, they just like to all look into and then turn it on, blinding them for a second. Hopefully there will be enough of the AA version so that when I've the money, I can get one as well!

I'm a newbie too, but now carry 2 Arcs every day (AAA Red beam and an LSH-P Second).

Merri is very plesant and helpful.

I had a problem with a couple of the new LS pouches. The two I purchased were both from the defective lot. This may have been a serious problem for ARC but their prompt and professional service made it only a minor inconvenience for me.
ARC service is second to none! Truly great people to work with.

I agree. So far I have a LS-1st run, Arc AAA, AA extender, LS-S. Servace has been prompt and great. No problem with the lights either. It amazes me how Standard Fed-Ex from Arc gets to me (TN) either next day or within two days.

I agree 100%. I too had a Arc AAA (UV color) that wouldn't always turn on and received a new one FedExed.
