What is a good priced multimeter to measure li-ion batteries?

I was thinking of getting one off eBay, but I don't think the $3 multimeter could be all that good...:D

thanks for sharing what you use!

You don't need anything too fancy. I had a $3 harbor freight one for a year (still have it). It's reasonably accurate.

A li-ion cell measures 4.16v on it, while my Fluke 179 measures about 4.175v.

If you get a cheapo DMM, be sure to try to compare it with a higher quality DMM so you know how accurate it is.
