Before I go ahead and fry any lights I don't want to fry, I thought maybe I'd ask which McGizmo lights are compatible with rechargeable batteries?

I am currently using the following McGizmo lights:

PD-S
Mule-PD Mizer
S27-PD
LunaSol-27

Are the AW R123A cells compatible with any of these lights?

Thank you!

The PD's all have GDx2 converters which are buck/boost so good to go. The LS27 has a boost driver for the 6 nichias in series so it is no problem and the driver for the Cree is a GD as I recall, which is buck/boost so it too is fine on 4.2V. All lights listed will be fine with a 4.2 or lower voltage.

Lunasol 20 :shakehead - not RCR123a compatible. I don't have any LiFEP04 to try. Same for SunDrop
