rechargeables with my gladius

So my upgraded gladius should be coming within the next week and I know someone sent me a link for rechargables, but i have some for my surefire and i was wondering if they would be to much or not. they are protection built in li-ion rechargeable 3.7v 750mah batteries. it also says icr 123 on them if that helps, so would they work?
