Recommend a high power IR LED.

Can someone recommend any high power (1 watt or more) LED?
I search the Cree and SSC sites btu couldn't find any high power IR LED's.

Osram makes one I think under their Golden Dragon series

840nm at 440mw

Cool, anymore from other companies in addition to Osram?
Btw can anyone direct to where I can find more detailed datasheet of the Ostar IR?
The only info they show is driving at 1A cont. and 5A in pulses. What is the highest I can drive these at cont. current?

I've bought these 3 watt ones but haven't tested them yet.

Dealextreme sku.14061 can take 1.5 amps at 2 volts
