Yo folks.. has anybody tried a red Cree with the AMC7135? How does this linear regulator do with the lower forward voltage?
Am I better off going with a traditional buck driver for 3V, 4.2V and 6V battery options or will my large stash of AMC drivers (as soon as they get here) do the job? I am aware I may need to nerf a few AMCs to bring down the power levels but hoping they will do the job.
