Has anyone successfully removed the clip from the Nitecore D20? The switch is very difficult to actuate. So, I'm trying to open up the tail cap to fix it. The supplied allen wrench is not the correct size for the screws holding the clip together. :thumbsdow Guess I'll be heading over to Home Depot tomorrow to see if I can find a wrench that does fit.

Is there anything I should pay particular attention to after I get the tailcap open? I'll be sure to clean the threads and relube.

Once you get the clip off removing the piston is pretty simple. Someone reported that a Torx #6 worked better than an allen wrench for the screws.
