i hope this is the right forum.
i saw this on ebay and thought it would be nice to have something similar but with higher quality LEDs.

if something like this uses higher quality leds im guessing they will be pretty hot but would i be able to tape like a 3 led strip on to wall, door or desk without it melting the tape or the glue?
or have like multiple strips hooked onto a hinged piece of plastic or metal without it being too hot for each other or the metal or plastic surface that im gonna put it on.
i also would like to be able to use a dimmer attachment of some sort if possible.
main objective is to have something very floody and warm to light up a dark room for filming.
