retailer of emissive micro-light?

I've seen GI Joes advertisements selling these for about $7. I don't know if they are a national chain.

I am looking for a cheap photon-like light. I see Botach lists the inovalight micro-lightfor $6, but I'm a bit scared of dealing with them. Anyone know an online store that sells these for less than $10? Also, someone mentioned that thses lights can be kept on by using the clip to hold the switch- is this correct?

Yes the Photon II has a little switch that allows it to be turned on all the time.

Oops, I wasn't real clear. I was talking about the micro-light made by "Emissive Energy" or "Inovalight", not the actual Photon.
