A talented guy with a unique guitar style passed yesterday at 86. He had a handful of hits back in the late 50s and early 60s; his breakthrough hit was Rebel 'Rouser, a catchy galloping western tune that got a lot of airplay and landed in a lot of jukeboxes.

RIP sir!

RIP. I wonder if he got the Death Jab thats killing all the Hollywood Movie Stars??

An interesting note from his Wikipedia page said his first studio recording session was at a place that didn't have any reverb, so he bought a 20,000 gallon water tank and used that as a reverb chamber. That was some real MacGyvering and it sounded good!
