wheres a good place to buy them?

I'm trying to connect electronic components that are only one hole apart and my current solder [0.022 silver] has a non-conductive fluid that emerges from the solder during the mounting, which then solidifies once the solder is cool. I researched and it was rosin.

I cant figure out how to make a bridge without putting a big blob of solder on the PCB board:shakehead as the hole next to the one I am trying to bridge has another component in it and putting a blob slightly bigger than the hole will bridge over.

I still have a hard time deciding between whether to use rosin core solder, or non-rosin core, and apply the paste or liquid form manually.

Flux is conductive....I have bought some but never used on anything with teeny tiny solder pads with individual contacts
