Fully charged up battery reads about 4.026 volts
Soon as turned on, reads about 3.495 volts
Voltage slowly dropped down to about 2.930 at end of 70 minutes and then cuts off. This voltage stays about same as long as switch is "ON"
Soon as you turn switch "OFF" you will read about 3.130 volt and may come on for few seconds if you switch it "ON" again.
I don't have a light meter but brightness is very steady for first 50 minutes even dough volt meter shows some drops, then it gets slightly dimmer but still bright enough. After 60 minutes you will notice dimmer and some yellowish beam which is still brighter than many regular alkaline flashlights.
I would say brightness and throw is similar to new Stinger but beam is whiter and of course smaller and lighter. Overall, it is great flashlight and worth for it's price.
Prices may wary from $80 to $110 depending where to get it and what option (one or two charger, one or two bracket, AC or DC cord or both)
Good luck and please let us know your opinion after get one.
