Sanyo CP-1300SCR 1/2SC Nicad, any Thoughts?

I need some 1/2 sub C batts for a project and am looking at Sub-C. I don't need more than 30 minutes runtime, but I do need to sustain 3.3A draw at 10.8V no load with no more than a 1.5V drop at 3.3A. I would pounce on the Powerstream 1/2SC but I have no need for 100 of them.

Any other options?
