I know I won't get the job after asking this, but just what does "SAP" mean? I see commercials during golf tournaments for "SAP" but they don't tell you what it is.

I would say that the SAP he is talking about is http://www.sap.com - a rather large company which has a range of database application products for financial and various other business management applications.
Still big bucks available in the IT industry these days if you have experience with SAP stuff..
