SCC P7 Driver?

Hi all, can anyone tell me if this is a P7 driver.

It was working o.k. Then it only works sometimes. It now comes on at 1 level only High, Medium and low are the same level of light. strobe and sos are low light levels.

Are the + and - leads in the correct place?
Are all the solders in the right place?

No :shakehead This is no real driver. Looks like a simple PWM circuit ... How many 18650 are used to power this torch? This one is ok if you want to use a single cell: http://www.shiningbeam.com/servlet/the-132/3-dsh-Mode-Regulated-Circuit-Board/Detail

Hi Aurum thanks for the reply. It uses 1x 18650 battery.
