Searching the most lumens 18650 flashlight for <50$ and <18cm lenght.

Because the two terms in my request are a must, im having a hard time to find the best.

Please recommend me. i dont really know what flood or thrown means. but i rather shine futher then more light close to me. But i also want to see my surroundings a bit.

I want to purchase it on ebay or dealextreme, or similar sites. DX is my last choice though, because their one month shipping.
