Hi,

Has anyone seen the SF E1 Wine Lights on sale recently? Is there some voodoo magic or something about them? I fell in love with them the moment I saw them and I am having a difficult time staying away from the "Buy Now" button, even though I don't need one (at least I don't think I do)! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif For those who own this fine light, how is it? I'm already carrying a Arc LSL-S for EDC, anyone know how is the SF E1 compared to the Arc LSL? Many thanks!

Those sure are pretty lights. Maybe I will get one to celebrate if the Cubs win it all.
Or maybe I'll get one to console myself if they lose...
/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sssh.gif ... just looking for a reason.

My wifes E1E has a good bit more throw than my LS with a SF nice smooth beam. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Well Spango, I think the E1e would have a bit more throw an Arc LS, as its an incan... its a nice to have as a EDC, but consider the shape of it compared to a Arc LS (even tho I don't own one yet), I think the LS would fit into pockets much more comfortably.

Admittedly the E1e is still a nice and handy light to have, what with the Winelight version that makes it look really different from the usual HA or SG... However, if you're into wines then your wines will taste better when you shine your Winelight into the bottle! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif (Anything just to find an excuse for more lights!!)

In true CPFer spirit, I'd say "Buy em both!!" /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

Yea I'm tempted to get one.

I've bought 10 E2e's for my company in the last 8 months, for issue to employees. Our company logo and shirts we are issued are the same color!

I told my boss next batch we are going to have to get the company color E2e lights.

if only they were ha3! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mecry.gif

very sexy color though... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/drool.gif

Would carry it EDC?

I would take it to a wine tasting in the SureFire velvet pouch. Steve Ryan is making a matching SureFire corkscrew.

At least I can dream right?

Hi Bulldog,

Thanks for the offer. However, I don't think I will be able to get from you as you are not able to ship outside the US. Should I decide to get one, I think I can only get it from here. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

To All:

What's so special about the wine colored lights? It is not type III HA right? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

spango, you can check out the tread keith started in b/s/t "you buy, i'll fly". its what we've all been waiting for! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

My E1w arrived recently. It sure is an unusual colour! I was expecting something along the lines of the CPF-2003 Arc AAA, but it`s actualy a deep purpley red that, oddly enough, does look like the colour of red wine!
