Some well taken points, indeed.
But let me counter that I think it's entirely reasonable to expect a carriage trade outfit like SF to either back their product with free service or a *identified plan* for customers to get this necessary service (short of scrapping their 'old' light and buying another, no doubt the preferred solution to the SF 'suits').
At least I expect them to address *designed in lifetime limits* in their products, not leave good customers guessing, or worse yet believing something about the product that's not true.
SF gets no high points in customer service from me on this round.
