Will this configuration work?

*EDIT*
I have now received my batteries and charger.
It works great with my M3, I had to adjust the LA springs tho. I now just need an American to European AC adaptor.
Shouldn't be so hard to find eh?

Cheers

I run a P90 on two 150s with good results. I also use the 18500 Li-Ion on the P91 as well. My guess is it should work.

Which bulb in the M3?
I run a C3-P90 on two Pila 150s cells.
I can pop the LOLA or HOLA into my M3T and hopefully it will be close enough to answer your question.

I have an M3 that I run on those Pila cells. Using the MN11 LA I get 25 minutes of blinding bright light, then it just goes out when the batts' overdischarge protection circuit kicks in. I haven't run the MN10 LA too much, so no run time test. The MN11 is just too much fun.

In short, it works great. I'm thinking I might get an extension so that I could run two of the 168S batts. I don't know how much extra runtime the added 800mAh will give me, but I'd like to find out.

Has anyone else noticed an issue with the Pila cells?
My C3 seems very sensitive to the proper tightness of the tailcap switch. Sometimes it won't light unless I unscrew and retighten the switch.

Blikbok,
I had an issue with the Pilas as well, in my M3. I should have mentioned this, but didn't think about it until you posted. It seems that the Pila cells are just a little fatter than 123's and therefore do not fit inside of the spring on the Surefire lamps. This causes the Pila cell to push the negative spring up and prevent it from making contact. There are two ways around this that have worked for me.

The first is to open up the spring on the lamp with a couple of pairs of pliers allowing the batt the go inside of the negative spring, thus allowing the spring to contact the body as it needs to.

What I did was to get a spring that the batt would fit inside of and wind this spring around the Surefire negative lamp spring so that you have a dual spring setup. It acts as a bridge between the body and the Surefire spring. My DMM shows no resistance using this setup and it has worked for me.

If you can't find a spring, I'm sure that an email to Pila would remedy this. I am using the Pila spring that is supposed to be used on the Pila 3.7v lamp to make it work in a Surefire 6P.
