Question for the SureFire experts out there...

I recently picked up a SureFire "V25" clip-on nylon belt holster.
http://www.surefire.com/maxexp/main/co_disp/displ/carfnbr/154/prrfnbr/646/V25-Clip-On

It will take my stock 6PL or G2 bezel-up just fine. However, when I attach my FM35 red filter to either light, there is not enough flap material for the holster to close.

The web page for the SureFire V25 mentions, "Long flap allows use with Beamfilters".

Am I out of luck here or did I get the wrong holster? Thanks! (Side note... the holster does fit my E1B and E1L just fine, kind of an unexpected bonus.)

I have the (I believe) V20 holster (nylon with fixed belt loop), and it fits my G2L with beam shaper just fine (with the shaper attached, the holster stays closed with approx. 1" of velcro). If I put my E1B/E1L in the holster, they almost disappear inside. You may have gotten the wrong size holster.

Also on a side note, I would stick to the fixed loop holsters, the quick attatch holsters have a tendency to pop off, not good with a $100+ light in it.
