Shiny (bling) flashlights - titanium, SS etc.

Looking for a flashlight in titanium, polished SS or other shiny material for a gift. It needs to be something that is in stock and available for purchase now.

Probably should be in standard battery configuration such as AA or AAA as I don't know if this person will want to mess with ordering 123's in bulk. Although maybe another option would be a 123 light and I buy him a box of 123's as well.

itp/olight AAA Ti, $45....$30 in stainless. 3 mode 80lm. Great little lights.

I prefer the Alum. over the Ti.

I'd reccomend the Quark mini AA in ti.

Output is decent on rechargables and outstanding on lithium ions if they get hooked.

Great light either way.

I have a TC-R3 and it's nuts in throw, build quality & ergonomics.

Just not that useful as an edc or non flashaholic type light.
Nice reccomendation for impact though...

The ti mini Quark aa would be my pick for most.

iTP A3 uses AAA batteries and is available in titanium or polished stainless and their A2 uses AA batteries and is also available in polished stainless ... If you want a 123 torch then the stainless iTP A1 would be great ... I have the A2 and the A3 in stainless and I think they are better looking than my black A2 ... I can't comment about the titanium A3 yet as I only ordered it yesterday from shiningbeam.

You really can't go wrong with any of the iTP "A" series particularly in the polished stainless steel.

You can get off pretty cheap with an itp Stainless Steel A2 (AA) or A3 (AAA). They aren't super bright though, and you really need the CR2 if they want very bright.

A2,A3 = 2, 18, 80 lumen modes.
A1 = 3,30,200 lumen modes. (more with a rechargable)


Stainless steel is heavier, but still looks nice and is cheap.
Aluminum is usually black anodized and ugly.
Titanium is light as alum, but looks like Steel. Costs a lot though.


Make sure to give them a pack of Energizer 'Ultimate Lithium' batteries! You don't want them using alkalines in it and the lithium AAs (which are 1.7 volts I believe) are lighter and last a lot longer in a high yield flashlight.

another vote for any of the 4Sevens Ti lights.

If your just going for the shiny look than stainless steel will work.
For a hundred bucks you can get a couple of the ITP versions with batteries.
