I was looking at the Li-ion chargers on the market that can charge at 2A, and it appears that the Tenergy PLC-1000 is the least expensive charger that can charge 4 cells at 2A, but it is not clear from the online description if it charges each cell at 2A when the cells are parallel, or if the 2A gets divided among the 4 cells.
Is there another charger that can do the same for less?
Has someone designed a circuit to do this at a lower cost than the PLC-1000 ($80 + shipping)?
Thanks,
C.J.
