Given that TIR optics are typically manufactured by injection molding (due to the need for no inclusions in the molded material and the tolerance and surface finish requirements needed to get the desired TIR effect), I'm not sure there are _any_ TIR optics manufactured out of anything but plastic (usually PMMA, polycarbonate, or silicone). There's a reason that TIR optics only came into use with LEDs, and glass or metal reflectors were used with the traditional (high temperature) light sources.
