Hows the sapphire glass like? Does it have the purple hue to it like my watch sapphire?

Yes it does appear to have an anti-reflective coating on both sides. Mine seem to have a small circular scratch/scuff on the coating near the outer circumference on one side. If I remember, I can take some pics later on tonight after work.

Oh ok so the aqua blue, like the one in my photos.

Actually no. I photographed them and found this one to be more green. Not pure Green, but not aqua. It's on the left.

right now im dedicating all my efforts to completion of mokume, damascus still may be a few months out.

This will be a future tailcap of the sinner mokume, trying a few etching concentrations this one is great but im going to have to re-surface and etch again for 4:30 this time and bump the temp to 130F (55C).

I think i definitely have your name on the mokume interest list, Eric.. I will have a few available for purchase soon as the first one is complete, it is just easier to make more of the same than to make first one out of nothing.
